AI Prompt Engineer & No-Code Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative AI Enthusiast to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers approximately 60 hours per month, with potential for increased hours as our projects expand. You will focus on prompt engineering, AI testing, no-code development, and AI research to enhance our AI-powered applications and explore new possibilities in AI technology.

About Dentro

We build custom AI applications for our clients (European SMBs) as well as work on our own software products. Our focus is on practically applying AI and our strength lies in identifying the most suitable technological setups, while keeping an eye on the underlying business case. We have experience with all kinds of AI powered apps – including chat, voice, image, video, RAG, ML, agentic AI and self-hosting – and usually combine AI with custom code in order to make things work as smooth and efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize prompts for various AI models and applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Conduct thorough testing of AI applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and user-friendliness.
Utilize no-code platforms to create and prototype AI-powered solutions quickly.
Research and test new AI tools to stay updated on the latest developments and identify potential applications to explore in more depth.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI solutions into our products.

Requirements

Based in Europe.
Fluent in both English and German (B2+).
Medium to strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly large language models and their applications.
First experience in prompt engineering and AI testing.
Familiarity with no-code platforms and ability to create functional prototypes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice to have

Experience in working with other forms of AI models such as voice, images and/or videos.
Knowledge of programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
