Full Stack Developer

Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (although probably a bit more frontend than backend) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers approximately 60 hours per month, with potential for increased hours as our projects expand. You’ll spend most of your time building and improving AI applications and ideally have a great knack for what a delightful user experience feels like.
About Dentro
We build custom AI applications for our clients (European SMBs) as well as work on our own software products. Our focus is on practically applying AI and our strength lies in identifying the most suitable technological setups, while keeping an eye on the underlying business case. We have experience with all kinds of AI powered apps – including chat, voice, image, video, RAG, ML, agentic AI and self-hosting – and usually combine AI with custom code in order to make things work as smooth and efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale new SaaS products (web applications) from the ground up.
- Wear multiple hats as you’ll be involved in all aspects of product development – UI, auth, billing, and anything else.
- Document your learnings along the way to help refine our product development blueprint continually.
- Occasionally support with client work which usually involves building and deploying custom AI applications of all sorts.
Requirements
- Based in Europe.
- Proven experience in full stack web development and strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. Our current tech stack includes:
- Backend: Fast API, Python, Postgres.
- Frontend: React, JavaScript.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Efficient working approach by using AI wherever possible (Cursor etc.).
- Passion for digital products and creating outstanding user experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Experience in mobile app development or general openness to dive into this area.
