The Challenge
CHOICE AG receives thousands of traffic fines monthly – from different countries, in various languages and formats. Per fine, employees spent about 5 minutes on manual matching: checking rental periods, identifying drivers, applying complex liability rules.
The Solution
We developed an end-to-end automation pipeline: Each fine is read and analyzed via OCR and Vision AI. Relevant data (license plate, date, amount, etc.) is extracted, cleaned, and structured. Matching with the rental database happens automatically, liability is determined. The system decides autonomously: Pay, forward, or file objection. Then authority letters are generated and invoices are posted to the fleet system.
