2. What data do we process?

Server Logs (Technical Necessity)

When you visit our website, our web server automatically records technical access data (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of request). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and efficiently. We do not combine this data with other sources.

Contact & Communication

When you contact us (email, form, or calendar booking), we process the data you provide (name, email, message) solely to handle your inquiry. This data is processed securely via our internal tools: Google Workspace (Email) and Slack. Both are configured to store data in the EU where possible. We do not sell your contact details.

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored and processed by Beehiiv Inc. (USA). Beehiiv acts as our data processor solely for sending you the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Analytics (Privacy-First)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand usage trends. Plausible is an open-source, privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and collects no personal data. All data is aggregated and hosted on our own infrastructure in the EU.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookie banners because we do not use non-essential cookies. We do not use tracking pixels (like Facebook or Google Ads) that follow you around the web.

4. Infrastructure & Hosting

We host our infrastructure ourselves using Coolify on servers located in the European Union (Germany/Finland). We prioritize vendors that guarantee GDPR compliance and data sovereignty.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. Just send an email to office@dentro-innovation.com.
